The Problem
After decades of hard work, the husband and wife team wanted to sell their veterinarian hospital.
The sellers wanted to secure their exit and put in place their medium term succession plan. As the sellers wanted to continue working as veterinarians in the hospital after sale, finding a culturally aligned buyer was critical.
The Solution
The initial step involved JNP Advisory completing a strategic review to appraise the business and confirm possible succession/exit options.
After the sellers decided to under take an outright sale of the business, JNP Advisory undertook a discrete marketing campaign to secure a culturally aligned buyer.
JNP Legal were closely involved in the transaction from the term sheet stage and completed the legal documents, resulting in a seamless and timely execution of the transaction.
JNP Advisory took the time to understand our needs to find a culturally aligned buyer who we could work with in the medium term.

The Outcome
