Natalie has over 25 years’ experience in advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, corporate governance, joint ventures and commercial matters in Australia and internationally. Natalie advises on equity investment models, business structuring, designing and implementing strategic initiatives and commercial matters.
Before joining JNP Advisory, Natalie was head of investments (portfolio management and M&A) at a leading financial institution and prior to that held senior positions in leading global law firms, such as Linklaters and Minter Ellison, in Australia, the United Kingdom and Europe. Natalie’s key strength is her ability to combine technical expertise across a range of disciplines with extensive experience to deliver superior results, regardless of the size or complexity of the engagement. She has been a non-executive director for over six years, across a number of companies. She seeks to truly understand a business and apply her unique skill set to help to drive strategy, change and growth.
Natalie’s experience in transaction, strategy and legal advisory roles includes:
providing advice to investors on equity investment models and structuring
advising and implementing the sale and acquisition of businesses, merger transactions and capital raisings
valuing businesses and professional practices
providing advice to about business structuring, including for succession planning, trade sale, investor readiness
coordinating due diligence
providing decision-support analysis, strategic asset divestment / acquisition and succession advice
providing guidance on governance and investment risk assessment
delivering legal advice on transaction and corporate documents
completing analysis of operational and organisational structures
identifying opportunities for change/ growth
Natalie is:
a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors
a Legal Practitioner (qualified in Australia, England and Wales and Sweden and holds a current practising certificate in New South Wales)
the Legal Practicing Director of JNP Legal Pty Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of JNP Advisory Pty Limited.
Natalie holds a Masters in Business Administration from Warwick Business School (Warwick University) (England), and a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (Honours - Psychology) from Monash University.
